We created a jql filter in which we can see the SLA values for service desk projects and also linked internal software project ticket ids.
We want to display the also the assignee for those SW project tickets in the filter results.
Our filter is like that:
category = "Support " AND issuetype in ("Support Request") AND issueLinkType in ("is caused by")
From above query we're able to see the linkedIssues in the "Links" column, how can we also display the assignees for these linkedIssues
Hi @Murat Oz
As Joseph Chung mentioned you need to look for third party paid-adds, you can use Structure that can show you the linked issues as well as assignee of the linked issues. Here is the screenshot from the structure which is displaying the data as per your requirement:
In above screenshot, Issues highlighted in Yellow are linked issues to W2-7 and W2-5 respectively and the linked type is "is blocked by". and under the Assignee column, we have the linked issues assignee.
Kindly check if you can use the Structure (App) for your requirement.
Thank you,
Ashish
Based on my knowledge, it is not possible with out of the box functionality to display linked issues' assignee in the result set. You will need to look for third party paid-adds by searching in Atlassian's Marketplace to see if there are any add-on that would give you that customization.
Hope this helps you in a possible direction.
