Hi all,

Is there a way to create a "gauge chart (or something similar)" without paying for an extra add-in/add-on in jira?

I've been creating a dashboard that we share with our customers to report back if we meet the SLAs and other cool stuff.

I want to visualize if they exceeded their "hours" of support. So, I'd like to create a custom chart that states that they've used a specific % or amount of their "support hours".

FYI, we track our times using the "Time Estimate (hr)" field in a ticket.

Hi @Lars,

Per my knowledge there are no native Jira gadgets like this.

But it might be worth investing in an add-on that will make your reporting job much more efficient and effective.

See this article as an example: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/App-Central/An-effective-dashboard-for-Service-Desk-and-Customer-Support/ba-p/2360369

As you will see in the article, with gadgets like Advanced Issue Filter Formula you can calculate percentages and numbers based on "support hours", while gadgets like Control Chart, Histogram or Cycle Time Trend will help you track your team SLA.

These are all gadgets offered by our Great Gadgets app. I would be willing to assist you with any questions you might have.

I hope this helps.

Danut.
