Hello! All good? I hope so!
We are doing a test with the 3 free Jira Service Management licenses, we created a project and registered an internal control email (monit_reporting@hst.com.br) with the aim of: Every time an email arrives in this control internal, a card is automatically created in this project. In this case, the email we registered is "In Definition" even if it comes from inside (internal) or outside the organization (external).
We did the test and it is giving an error and we realized that it is because this email does not have a free license, we tested it with an email from a user with a license and it worked. Is it correct to say that this "automation" will only complete if the email (user) has a Jira Management license?
If so, I would like to know if you have any other suggestions regarding our objective.
Awaiting return,
Thank you very much.
