Forms TIme field - custom time interval ?

Hi,

When adding the Time field to a form, is it possible to set a custom interval ? 

Currently, it seems the dropdown list only offer a 30mins interval (12:00am - 12:30am ...) but we would like to set it on a 15mins interval (12:00am - 12:15am - 12:30am ...)

The short answer is no, you cannot change the default interval for time fields in Forms, it follows the default settings that Jira has for it's datetime fields.
