Forge App Screen refresh in sandbox but not production ???

I have a forge app that I have been developing in my instance sandbox.

I deployed it to the live instance this evening.

When the app transitions an issue etc. In the sandbox instance the browser auto updates with the new status.

This is not happening in our production instance. Otherwise the app works correctly all fields are updated, issue is transitioned etc. Its just that the user has to refresh the browser to see the updates and they do not have to do that if the app is running in the sanbox.

Can anyone point me in the right direction. What am I missing?
