First login 'a bit about yourself'

Hi there,

I'm testing my cloud migration from JSM Server. 

I notice that our colleagues who login to JSM Cloud for the first time (we are using Access connected to our AAD) are asked a few questions under the title 'A bit about yourself'.

I really don't need for my colleagues to answer that info so I'm wondering how I can get rid off it?

Any ideas?
