Filter Dropdown does not return any information
Using advanced filter in Jira doesn’t seem to work properly. The Reporter filter does not work as it keeps loading and never returns results.

Welcome to the community. This is odd behavior. Can you confirm if you simply click on the "down arrow" symbol without entering any value, do you see anything (see example below)?
If you don't, then I would recommend you open another browser session (incognito mode) and conduct your operations again (this will eliminate any issue that is caused by your browser local cache). If the problem continuous, I would recommend you to contact Atlassian Support (https://support.atlassian.com) to further assist you.
