Hello everyone,

 

My name is Sushant and I am a Product Manager in the Jira Service Management team, specifically looking at help center. 

 

We are working towards providing additional customization capabilities on help center. I would love to get your feedback/thoughts on the current capabilities available on help center. I would also like to learn about gaps/limitations that you experience in the current customization capabilities.

When talking customization are we looking mainly at UI specific capabilities (layout and design) or also features?

Right now all options are on the table and would love to hear what the community members think of Help Center and how it can be better.
