Currently language is tied to the customer account, however for Customer Portals which allow submission of issues without login, this is not helpful. Please add a dropdown which allows the change of site language when users are not logged in. |

The portal should default to the system's default language - I assume though you're operating a portal where users might raise requests in multiple languages, is this correct?

Aside from this, I don't believe this is possible natively at this stage, although there's a range of feature requests you could check out - the closest one looks it's JSDCLOUD-4647
