Failing to add Agent name on Customised Report

I am trying to add an agent on a customised report for SLA success rate per agent but when i try to pick the agent name i get an error The value 'Augustine.Chirigo' does not exist for the field 'assignee' depsite that Augustine Chirigo is an existing agent on the specific service desk. How do i resolve this issue.

@bright.masiyazi, this is typically explained by a change that Atlassian made to comply with GDPR regulations. They actually don't store usernames in that format anymore. 

 

For example, when I write a report for myself, I see the same error if I try to put in the username "kstack".

Instead, I have to use the userID which atlassian supplies for my profile.

You should be able to find this if you start typing out his name. It should auto-suggest his I name for you.  Click on his name and it'll auto-populate his ID.
