Failed to connect to Microstrategy

Hello,
My Data team & I are trying to connect Jira to Microstrategy
We follow the guide from Microstrategy here.
The configuration on Jira's side went pretty smooth.
However, the Microstrategy configuration always gives us this error:
Does anybody know how to fix it?
