Failed to connect to Microstrategy

Hello,

My Data team & I are trying to connect Jira to Microstrategy

We follow the guide from Microstrategy here.

The configuration on Jira's side went pretty smooth.

However, the Microstrategy configuration always gives us this error:

Does anybody know how to fix it?

Did you check this info about 401 from the docs?

"MicroStrategy supports deploying the MicroStrategy Web Server on IIS, but does not support deploying the Community Connector Server on IIS. To avoid the HTTP 401 Unauthorized error, refer to KB483651. "

Hey Lukasz,

Thanks for your feedback.

Our MSTR is running on Tomcat, but we have a backup on IIS.

Is this IIS setup required too for our case?
