Hi everyone,
I would like to link some Confluence pages to the customer portal. According to some suggestions at Jira Community, it is supposed to work if we add the Confluence page to "knowledge base". However, every Confluence page I added is not showing up on the customer portal (after a day).
Does anyone know how to make the Confluence page (document) show up on the customer portal?
Thanks!!
Hi @Wei-Hsun Lo ,
Maybe this link gives you more insights: https://www.atlassian.com/software/confluence/resources/guides/extend-functionality/confluence-jsm#overview
I am not exactly sure what you are trying to achieve, but did you try to open the "customize" button on the portal and select "Edit home page layout" ? You can create a topic there, pointing to some knowledge base articles.
