External facing Service Desk projects - can clients see one Project and not another?

I want to set up two Projects in my Service Desk - one that would be client-facing via the Portal and one that would only be internal facing. How can I do that?

Hi @Chris Shepro-Stein,

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

Yes, you can configure your project so only specific ones are visible to customers, it all depends on if you give them access to the project or not. Have a look at this KB for more information, Limit Jira Service Management visibility to customers on portal

@Mikael Sandberg finding this reply has saved me a huge headache! Thanks!
