Extension for Email

Is there an extension that allows us to do email management inside jira using JSM? 

We would like to use Jira for email management, use it as our email platform to be able to collaborate on emails using JSM.

Hi @Luis Andino Rodriguez ,

Yes. For each Jira Service Management project you create, there will be one setup for you automatically. You can find this in the e-mail setup in the project admin page for that specific project.

There's no additional configuration needed.

Only thing i didn't like about the default is we cant send email from it and when we reply to email using "reply to the customer" it comes in as a new email to the customer instead of a reply to the Email sent bu the customer
