Export more than 1000 issues in cloud

Hi,

I have been trying to export more than 1000 issues from JIRA however it doesnt happen and I need Excel CSV with all fields. 

I have tried suggestions mentioned on https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Service-Management/Is-there-a-way-to-export-more-than-1000-issues-in-jira/qaq-p/662507

and appended URL with /start=1000 but I get error message 

so the whole URL looks like:

Forbidden (403)

Have you tried the Jira cloud for sheets or Jira cloud for excel addon both free on marketplace to get more than 1K issues.
