Error with automation

Gui Ávila December 10, 2020

Hello,

I'm having a problem with an automation.

Everything was OK and the automation worked fine. Then, I changed the actor from "Jira automation" to "user who triggered the event". Please see: https://share.getcloudapp.com/YEuQXWLQ

Please see the error: https://share.getcloudapp.com/bLu0g5PB

Can someone please help me to fix that?

Thanks,

Gui.

@Gui Ávila If the individual who initiates the automation does not have permission to perform all the actions it will fail.  Looking at this automation it looks like the customer initiated it but they do not have the ability to transition issues.  I would suggest going back to Jira automation unless there is a specific reason you need to track who in the logs for the automation.

Oh, ok. Thank you very much, @Brant Schroeder !
