I am using a different account in an attempt to contact support for our Jira Service desk account. The integration for SAML startup was started, but there is now an error during the final phase of the integration (after user, password and authenticating with the MS app). This prevents me from accessing my Jira/Atlassian account. Which also prevents me from logging into support under my proper company domain account.
How do I contact support to at least reverse the setup started in Atlassian cloud - or correct the setup when I cannot use my company account to login to Jira or support?
