Hi,

I try see reports, Burnup Chartp, Burndown Chartp, sprint review, velocity chaartp,  but Jira show a error  "Error could not find suitable statistics field with ID 'customfield_10031'." and I can't solve

Welcome to the community.

You would first have to find out what field "custom field 10031" is.

Use the JIRA API for this, the call is:

https://<your instance name>.atlassian.net/rest/api/3/field/

In the result output find the id 10031.

But I expect this is the field for estimation statistics, see the following KB article
