Error al registrarme em Jira Service Management Cloud Free
Buenos días,
estoy intentando activar la versión cloud free de Jira Service Management y me da el siguiente error: "Este sitio tiene más usuarios de los que permite Free".
Según el mensaje la versión cloud free está limitada a 10 usuarios o 3 agentes. Actualmente solo tenemos 9 usuarios en total, por lo que en teoría cumplimos la condición.
¿Como funciona la limitación de usuarios y agentes? ¿Para poder tener 3 agentes solo podemos tener 7 usuarios en el resto de aplicaciones?
