Error SGY6X7 connecting to Tempo REST API

Hello, experts:

I don't know if this is the right place, but I can't find a support forum for this.

After connecting with Jira Cloud using OAuth3.0, there si some info I can't retrieve unless I find it using Tempo API. I did a WebAPP that was working correctly until a few weeks ago, when a Tempo connection error started to appear.

I tried again from source code, and, when it tries to connect, the page show me the error SGY6X7. I can't find any information about this error. Can someone point me in the right direction, please?

Thank you!

Ok, I did, but even if I could go forward on my own, nobody is answering there.
