I'm the organization admin but I can't change anything in the configuration as I'm not able to login.
I tried to disable SSO from AAD, but it didn't work I am still not able to sign in with the admin account.
I am writing this ticket from my other Atlassian user account as I can't use primary account to sign in
Can you please help?

Any update you got on this? Since I have the same scenario in my org, I am looking at this.

A "cannot be found" error means what it says - the page cannot be found, because it does not exist on the address that it is supposed to.
