Je souhaite envoyer un document via Jira (ticket) sans que l'utilisateur ne doive s'enregistrer comme utilisateur. ( Comme si je lui envoyais un "mail" via jira) . Par le passé, Il était possible d'ajouter un ticket par l'administration et le client recevait le mail mais je n'arrive plus à reconfigurer de cette manière.
L'objectif est de garantir un suivi que le document a bien été envoyé au client et que le client puisse poser des questions sur le template directement via le ticket.

@Mohamed That would require a customization outside of the delivered product. You should look at JEHM. It allows you to customize your emails https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/4832/enterprise-mail-handler-for-jira-jemh?hosting=cloud&tab=overview Using it you could customize the initial email to include everything in a single email.
