I would like to eneable my Costumers to view others issues. Is that possible? I asked the same question previously, and they said to me to create an organization. Even with this done, it is not working... what should I do? There is any settings that i should pay attention on?

The other users must be request participants in the issue that you want to share. There are two different settings that you should have a look at to enable others to share the issues and have issues been automatically shared within organizations:
The second setting should already enable your customers to have access to other issues of the organization they are a part of. Is that already enough, or what is your "other issues" scope? :)

hi! Organization should be mentioned in organization field of tickets you want to share with Organization members.
