Enable greyout in the help topic where the field are default

We have Help Centre Portal in Jira Service Management, There We need to greyout same of the Default Values(Like While Requester submit a request They Will Select Certain Fields In there Some of the Values We need to Greyout(like Requester not able to uncheck/unselect the Checkbox) We Need to Know Is this possible to do or not, If "Yes" We need to know what's the Steps/Procedures to achieve this.!

Can I ask some clarifying questions?

• How would the form decide if a field should have default settings? Is it based on another field? Or based on the user type? Or?
• Will there be options in a field a user can edit, and some they cannot?
  • If no, could these fields simply not be added to the form?
  • If yes, could the "default options" be added post-creation?

Depending on the logic, it might be possible to do this using:

But, there might be another option if you can answer the questions above and provide us some additional detail :)

Here is my answers for your questions.!

In our custom form field, We manually entered some for the values and those values are by default we entered that are mandatory(like while user submit a request by default it was picked). Please refer the attached Image, So It's based on user Type.! 

• Will there be options in a field a user can edit, and some they cannot ?

Yes, That's our problem we want to make that values are not editable like have to greyout.!
