Is there a guide or other resource to explain how to achieve that without compromising security? (Avoiding frame-jacking, click-jacking etc.)

@Dd I would suggest looking at using the API.  This is the most secure way to get information out of Jira onto a webpage.  Is there something specific you are trying to accomplish?
