Hi,

Referring to the subject, i was reading the following article: support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/embed-a-widget-onto-a-web-page/

In this article there is a hyperlink to the following article: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/set-up-and-manage-portal-access/#Set-up-an-open-portal

In summary, if i want to embed a widget i have to setup an open portal. However there are 4 level of access in a portal. Can i choose any of the 4? Or i have to explicitly set to "open-access" to use the widget.

Thank you
Feroz

Hi Kuthubdeen_FEROZ@ssg.gov.sg

Welcome to the community,

Yes you have to set the explicit options for Set up an open portalto allow you portal to be open for anyone.

The other access options will not work, if you want to use the JSM widget.
