I'm a total Jira newbie and am trying to get the basics working. In particular, emails sent to support@####.atlassian.net seem to vanish into a black hole.
I've add my test domain name as a customer. (eg: aaaa.net)
I've configured "Anyone can raise a request in this service project".
But sending an email from my domain to support@..., from a user in my domain does nothing. I would expect to see a new entry in my queues in Jira.
I know this should be pre-101 stuff, but I cant get it working and any thoughts would be very welcome.
Hi @Chris Lowth , welcome to the Community.
Can you verify what is configured under project settings > email requests? Could you share a screenshot. In my example below you will see what email is configured for email requests.
The configured email address is the default one: support@XXXX.atlassian.net (where XXXX is replaced by my organisation's atlassian account name).
