Is it possible to automatically attach the email to the Emailed Request that comes in?
We deal with a lot of external customers who do not create a portal only account. They think the reply email from Jira is SPAM so sometimes we have to go to the email logs and download the original raw email message to reply to them directly.
Also, in the event of phishing emails that come in the Security team would have access to the email when they are added as a request participant. instead of having to dig through the email logs.
We have the same question/request. Very surprised this isn't easily added.
