Email via project settings

Hi All!

We are trying to configure a ticketing system for our company.  We'd like to keep using the same email that we have, but when trying to add it into the email requests via the project it shows the default email account, and when trying to add it via Microsoft or Other, it bombs out.  Any help is appreciated.
