Hi, previously whenever we add a comment selecting "Reply to Customer", the customer will receive an email where they can reply to and we will receive the comments under the Comments section.
However, starting May, the email is not working. I've checked the logs and the latest email was triggered end April.
I've also checked the automation quota, we are well below the quota.
Where else should I check on this settings? I have not done any change of settings between April to May.

@Khor Xiang Ping Are you using the delivered email address that is provided by Atlassian or are you using a custom email address that you added?
