Working on our project Diptyque Americas (KEY - DIPAME, https://diptyqueparis.atlassian.net/jira/servicedesk/projects/DIPAME)
We "requested participant" our collegue DSI Support : dsi_support_oss@diptyqueparis.com on a ticket.
When he replies to our issue, his replies only create comments in our ticket if he send it to
diptame@diptyqueparis.atlassian.net specific adress and not
jira@diptyqueparis.atlassian.net
