Email requests - turn on email support leads to error message
When trying to turn on the email support this error message pops up:
"Unable to create new mail channel due to connection duplication. Provided mail connection definition is currently used by another mail channel"
But i cannot find the connection definition or similiar where the mail channel is already in use ...
Any help on this is appreciated :)
