Email request sent to Jira Service Desk

When user sent an email to Jira Service Desk project, new incident is created based on this email but body of the email is not aligned properly in the Incident. How do we solve this problem?

Do you have any example? Could you please share a screenshot? I'm not sure to understand what you mean with "body of the email is not aligned properly".

Signature part of the email is spreading in 4 pages as shown below and images in the signature is added as different attachments.
