There is a specific email request that keeps getting rejected by the SD Bulk filter, the detail column describes them as bulk email even though the highest no of emails sent by that account in one go is 4.
How do I ensure that the requests from that email address is not filtered.
@Gee Udobang How are the emails being generated? Sometimes applications add email headers that get picked up as bulk mail. You can add the domain to the allow list and this should prevent it from being picked up https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/manage-your-allowlist/
Email rejected by SD bulk filter.
I have added an external email to the allow allow domain. this is seem to be any email for an application rather than a user email. The send get a rejected email with the above notification.
As per https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/add-request-participants-through-email/
Currently, allowlists only support exact domain matching. For example, adding example.com will match anyuser@example.com. Which means what I have domain is correct but the error is persistant.
