I have a user that is not receiving email notifications on their issues. I have checked to make sure that her notifications was turned on. I have checked all of her settings in her Gmail account to make sure she is getting notified on emails. I had her create a ticket issue and when I comment back to her by tagging her and even not tagging her, she is not getting the email stating that I commented. I have tested this with a few other users and they are getting the emails. Even I get the emails stating that I commented on her ticket. Is there any other setting that I am missing?

Everything was checked on all sides. The issue came down to her email address was on the suppression list at Atlassian. The issue has since been resolved.
