Email notifications have stopped

Hello,

I stopped receiving email notifications yesterday and haven't received anything since.

Can you please check if my email address is blocked on your system and unblock it if necessary?

This has been resolved. We were assisted by an Atlassian cloud support engineer.

The reason for the emails not sending was due to them being blacklisted because of a 550 response code.

could it be you are on a free plan? There's a limitation for email notifications, see here.

We are on the standard plan. It's not only me, a few people at our company have had their notifications stop while others are unaffected.

I’m sorry, @Alan Homewood , probably I can’t, it doesn’t sound like a configuration issue. Somebody from Atlassian needs to look into this.
