Email notifications - Hide view request link url
Hello,
I am having issues with hiding url link of View request.
I tried everything but probably I am just not familiar with this.
Whenever an email notification is sent to a customer there is always full long link of request (ticket).
How can I set it up so there will be only View request hyperlink and without full URL behind it?
