One of our customers has updated the email address, the updated email is shown in the Account information section as well, but the user still receives the email on the old email address.
The user is also unable to change the email address to the old one now.
On the rights of delirium - in the database in the table there are 2 address fields, only one may have changed.
Check table - CWD_USER, fields LOWER_EMAIL_ADDRESS and EMAIL_ADDRESS
