We have email requests setup in our Service project.
I have some employees who after they email in a request to firstname.lastname@example.org any subsequent responses are not showing up on the ticket. I can see in the email log the NEW REQUESTs but no NEW COMMENTs. I can confirm their email responses attempting to add comments via email. Any thoughts on how to fix it?
