Hey everyone. I need help. I am currently using Jira Service Management as an IT helpdesk. My portal consists of one form and that form is set to create a new issue when submitted. I have the notification scheme set to email our internal IT email whenever an issue is created and I have an Automation scheme doing the same thing. That email is still not receiving any alerts when new issues are submitted. Is there something I'm doing that is hindering the alert from going through? Please help.
