It sounds like there's an issue with email delivery and archiving. Here are some potential causes and solutions:

*Causes:*

1. Email filtering or spam blocking

2. Incorrect email configuration or routing

3. Email archiving settings

4. Firewall or security software blocking emails

5. DNS or MX record issues

*Solutions:*

1. Check email filtering and spam settings:

    - Ensure that emails are not being flagged as spam or blocked by filters.

    - Whitelist the affected email addresses or domains.

2. Verify email configuration and routing:

    - Check email settings, such as SMTP, IMAP, or POP, to ensure correct configuration.

    - Confirm that emails are being sent and received through the correct mail servers.

3. Investigate email archiving settings:

    - Check if emails are being automatically archived due to a misconfigured archiving rule.

    - Adjust or disable the archiving rule to prevent emails from being archived prematurely.

4. Inspect firewall and security software:

    - Check if firewall or security software is blocking emails.

    - Configure the software to allow emails from the affected addresses or domains.

5. Review DNS and MX records:

    - Verify that DNS and MX records are correctly configured.

    - Ensure that emails are being routed to the correct mail server.

*Additional Steps:*

1. Check email logs for errors or issues.

2. Test email sending and receiving using a different email client or account.

3. Contact your email service provider or IT department for assistance.

*Jira-Specific Solutions:*

If you're using Jira, you can also:

1. Check the Jira email settings:

    - Ensure that the email settings are correctly configured.

    - Verify that the email sender and recipient addresses are correctly set up.

2. Investigate Jira's email archiving settings:

    - Check if emails are being automatically archived due to a misconfigured archiving rule.

    - Adjust or disable the archiving rule to prevent emails from being archived prematurely.

If none of these solutions work, please provide more details about your email setup, configuration, and any error messages you've encountered. I'll do my best to help you troubleshoot the issue!
