Email Address not showing on User profile hover over

When I hover over on a User Profile it does not display their email address anymore.

The issue started: Around July 8, 2019

For example, when I hover over on the Reporter on of a ticket, it was showing the Name. Timezone and email address of the user. But I do not see the e-mail address anymore.

There were no changes made by our superuser. Can we get this fixed?

@Sanjay Sohal this is probably related to this new ID release: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Feedback-Forum-articles/Release-note-for-July-15-2019/ba-p/1131708

It hides by default certain settings like photos and emails.

Thank you, do we know how to get this back to normal?

Hi Sanjay,

I believe this is permanent as part of privacy rulings.
