One of our internal customers was messing around with CSTAT and decided to put in 1 star and 3 star ratings for someone they had a great experience with. No idea why but hey she did it.
She confirmed that she was just 'playing around' and now we need to fix the situation, otherwise our CSTAT averages are messed up.
Is there any way to edit the CSTAT results?

This could be possible by accessing the link in the original email from Jira where she was asked to provide feedback. Entering a new score using the same link should overwrite the original score.
