Today we have added e-mail requests to our Service Desk.
Our e-mail address is hosted by Office365 and is connected accordingly. The connection works and no error is detected in the test "Products" -> "Email requests" -> "Test": "No problems found with email settings configuration."
Unfortunately, we do not receive any emails. The emails land in the inbox, but they are not picked up by JIRA. There are also no entries in the logs.
We then tested an email address created by Atlassian again. However, no e-mails arrive here either and there are no logs.
What can we do? Does anyone have any ideas?
