Hello everyone!
I see that in my JIRA service management there are several duplicate screens with correlative numbers.... how can they be eliminated?
Thanks!!!
Hi @David Martínez López , it appears to me that someone has created the screens to associate with different workflows when transitioning to a pending status. You would want to investigate where the screens are used and if the screens are exactly the same. Wherever they are the same you could simply consolidate them into a single screen and delete the others. To do this pick which one you want to remain (doesn't really matter which) and use that screen to associate to the other workflows replacing the unwanted duplicate.
Based on my understanding that when one creates a Company Managed JSM project, those screens are automatically created by the system. The reason behind it, it is to give you the ability to customize those screens as needed without impacting other projects setup.
Hope this helps.
