Hi

I have prepared the following workflow for our project Workflow.jpg

The company is limiting the use of addons or plugins so i should try only with workflows and automation rules.

Open, in progress, blocked, reopened and awaiting automation statuses are allowed to make some modifications. As soon as the due date is updated, i want to send this to Awaiting approval status.

This jira is reassigned to a different person based on labels and this person must approve or reject the change. If is rejected, the due date must be the original one defined since open status (I have added a rule to copy this date to End Date in order to recover it). For the moment, i am not able to do the following:

As soon is approved/rejected, getting back to open status and re-assign it to the reporter.

Do you have any suggestion? Thank you

Hi @Juan Carlos Ramos ,

You can add transition from the status where you have added the approval step. From there you can configure that if the approval is rejected you can transition the issue back to open, And for the other part you can just use a simple automation to achieve it.

Thank you.
