We do not want attachments to be included in email notifications. We have the Customer Notifications - Attachment security set so that customers must log in to the portal to download attachments.
However, attachments are still being included in the email. I think this is because we do not have 'Safe Customer Notifications' enabled. We don't want summary, description and comment to be hidden, we want this included in the email notification, just not the attachments.
If we need to enable Safe Customer Notifications, can we configure it to be just for attachments?
Otherwise it would be beneficial to be able to upload a document into the issue that the customer can download from the portal, without it in an sending email notification.
