We are using the tool for customers to be able to create tickets through Jira Service desk. However, we have the internet locked down to certain cites. The web page displays to be able to create a ticket, but when you try to send the tickey, there is a message, could not connect to the reCAPTCHA service. I'm assuming I need to whitelist the domain for that service but I can't seem to locate it.

When this error appears, it’s important to check some details.
Is it affecting all customers? If not, are the affected customers from a specific location?
Is the browser in the latest version?
Is it happening on incognito mode?
Can you please check with them if it’s possible to disable the extensions on the browser and also clear the cache and cookies?
I found some similar cases but this error might not be related to whitelisting the domains and IPs, but if you want to try, please, check the documentation below:
