Domain Email Verified Failed

[Service Desk Manager]

Hi experts,

I configured the Email Domain to send email via my private Domain as instructed by Jira Service Desk, but unable to pass the DNS Record Check.

I also searched several related posts in the Community but no post exactly same situation as mine. Please help to look at my issues and advice me what should do.
