Does the JSM 'services' have REST API calls?

Eric Krueger _StrataCom_ Inc_ October 6, 2023

I've been looking for the Services REST API endpoints, but there don't seem to be any?  I'm talking about the services that show up right under the Change Calendar in the left hand panel navigation pane.  These services are also in the JSM Asset's 'services' schema, which appears to be locked down and won't allow inserting or update of data by REST API calls.

Thanks!

Hi @Eric Krueger _StrataCom_ Inc_

It's true as David confirmed above. But there's also a workround you may have a try. After installing Opsgnie (trial is okay), you will be able to use REST API to process services in JSM: https://docs.opsgenie.com/docs/service-api. Hope it helps you.

Thanks,

Hello @Eric Krueger _StrataCom_ Inc_

To put it simply... you're correct. There are no REST API endpoints for managing Services. Refer to JSDCLOUD-10015
